Public bodies run on records and on decisions about people, businesses and places, and any of them may have to be explained to an auditor, an oversight body or a court. The records sit in legacy systems, shared drives and paper archives, and the reasoning behind a decision is often kept in no system at all.
Opsian builds for the reviewer from the first decision. People, cases and assets resolve to one record across departments, and retention and access rules apply the same way everywhere. Models run where the data is allowed to live, agents act only inside written policy with a person accountable, and each decision is stored with the evidence and rules in force at the time.
