Opsian chief executive Patrick Che is THEVA's Chief Technology Officer, Opsian runs self check-in at the Theva Koh Samui property, and Opsian is building the THEVA app.

Opsian Technologies and K.C. Metalsheet Public Company Limited
AlexiaSoft is the joint venture of Opsian and K.C. Metalsheet, a Thai leader in steel building solutions based in Khon Kaen, formed in December 2025 to develop and commercialise Alexia AI. Opsian provides the AI engines, automation and engineering leadership; K.C. Metalsheet provides the operation it runs on.

Building Alexia AI across K.C. Metalsheet's sales, procurement, warehouse and production operations, connected to the company's ERP, with a plan to take the platform to further industries and regions.

Elong Hotel Technology Group
Tongcheng-Elong is one of China's largest travel groups, and its hotel technology arm is Opsian's strategic hardware partner. Its product lines cover the physical side of hotel automation: a self-service kiosk that handles check-in, identity capture, key issue and checkout at the front desk; a smart-room system of controllers, sensors and switches for lighting, climate, curtains and scenes; an in-room television platform that carries the property's services, messaging and content to the guest; an autonomous delivery robot that carries items from the desk or kitchen to the room; and quick-install room materials, modular fittings designed so an existing property can be upgraded room by room without a refit. The group also runs a training programme and a club network for hotel operators.

Supplying the devices Opsian's software runs on in the room and at the front desk, so ENTRIX verification, RoomOS controls and RoomOps routing arrive with the kiosk, controllers and screens they need. Opsian joined the group's 2025 Overseas Salon in December 2025 to work on this and on the group's hotel brands expanding beyond China.
