In December 2025, Opsian Technologies LLC and K.C. Metalsheet Public Company Limited, a Thai leader in steel building solutions based in Khon Kaen, agreed to form AlexiaSoft, a joint venture to develop and commercialise Alexia AI, an autonomous enterprise platform.
Under the agreement, Opsian provides the AI engines, automation systems, integration pipelines and engineering leadership. K.C. Metalsheet provides operational data, access to its systems and support for deployment and commercialisation. The platform is designed to be taken to further industries and regions once it runs at K.C. Metalsheet.
What Alexia AI does
The first deployment starts from an audit of K.C. Metalsheet's processes, data and ERP, then adds an intelligence layer across the operation:
- Customer-facing: a product advisor that identifies a product from a photo and recommends thickness, type and accessories; a quote builder that produces the quotation, bill of materials and delivery estimate; and a support assistant for order tracking and stock availability.
- Procurement and warehouse: purchase requests raised from a photo of stock, supplier selection scored on price, delivery accuracy, quality and lead time, and supplier emails read straight into the ERP.
- Planning: stock forecasting from warehouse, production and seasonal data; production scheduling against machine availability and delivery deadlines; logistics routing.
- People: SOP generation, an onboarding assistant, and Thai–English translation for supplier communication.
The work is planned in five phases, from a requirements and data audit through AI layer design, ERP integration, staff training and go-live, with a target of full launch within six months of activation.
Alexia AI is the first Opsian platform aimed at manufacturing and distribution, alongside its hospitality and healthcare work.
