Overview
Aqueduct is the channel manager between a property and the places it sells. It holds one record of what is available, at what rate and under which restrictions, and sends every change to the online travel agencies, the global distribution systems and the property's own booking engine as it happens.
When a booking arrives from any channel, Aqueduct writes it to the property management system once, reduces availability once and updates every other channel. Changes go out in small batches that respect each channel's limits, failed updates are retried with back-off, and a full reconciliation runs daily outside peak hours, so a missed message does not become an overbooking.
Aqueduct is vendor agnostic. It connects to the property management system and booking engine a property already runs through adapters, so changing either one does not mean rebuilding distribution. Revenue and front office teams see what every channel is selling, at what rate and at what cost, in one place.

Rates, availability and restrictions
Rate plans, room availability, stop-sell and length-of-stay restrictions are set once and pushed to every connected channel.
Booking import
New, modified and cancelled bookings are collected from every channel and written to the property management system once, even when a channel sends them twice.
No double selling
Every booking reduces one availability count, and the change is pushed to all channels, with retries and alerts when a channel does not confirm it.
Rate parity monitoring
Compares the rates each channel is showing with the rates the property set, and flags any channel that is out of line.
Channel mapping and commission
Room types and rate plans are mapped to each channel's codes in one place, and bookings, revenue and commission are recorded per channel.
Logs and diagnostics
Every message to and from a channel is logged, so staff can see what was sent, what failed and what was retried, and replay it when needed.
