Customer relationship management

Opsian CRM

One system of record for the customers, partners and deals behind an operation, modelled the way the business actually runs.

Overview

Opsian CRM is a system of record for the relationships behind an operation. It holds the organisations you sell to and work with, the people involved and the deals in progress, and custom objects let it hold what the business actually manages as well, such as properties, brands, operators or pilots. Every record keeps its own timeline, so the history of an account sits in one place rather than in someone's inbox.

Opsian built it first to run its own sales, partner and account management. It is self-hosted rather than rented from a CRM vendor's shared cloud. Staff sign in with their work accounts, public sign-up is closed, and roles set which objects each team can see and change.

Work email and calendars sync onto the right records, workflows take care of routine follow-ups, and dashboards show the pipeline from live data. REST and GraphQL APIs and webhooks let other systems read and update records.

Capabilities

Companies, people and deals

Track organisations, contacts and opportunities through pipelines you define, in table and kanban views with saved filters.

Custom objects

Add objects, fields and relations for what the business manages, such as properties, brands, operators or pilots.

Email and calendar

Connect work mailboxes and calendars so conversations and meetings appear on the people and companies involved.

Notes, tasks and timeline

Every record keeps its notes, tasks, files and activity together, so whoever picks up an account can see its history.

Workflows and dashboards

Automate follow-ups and record updates when data changes, and follow pipeline and activity on dashboards built from live records.

Access control

Work-account sign-in, closed public sign-up, two-factor authentication and per-object permissions for each role.

Questions

Is Opsian CRM only for hospitality?
No. It suits any business that manages relationships with organisations. Hospitality operators can add objects such as properties, brands and operators alongside companies, people and deals.
Can we bring our existing contacts and history?
Yes. Companies, people and other records can be imported from spreadsheets, and connected mailboxes and calendars bring conversations and meetings onto the right records.
Who can sign in?
Only the people you allow. Staff sign in with their work Google or Microsoft accounts, public sign-up can be closed, and roles control what each team can see and edit.
