Most AI programmes stall for reasons that have little to do with models. The data only exists as a nightly export, nobody has written down what the system may decide, or no one can explain a decision once it is challenged. Consulting helps leadership teams find those gaps before they commit budget to a build.
Every engagement starts with an audit. It asks four questions, none of them about AI: where the data originates, what decisions are made and on what evidence, where the operation fails today, and what must be reconstructable if a decision is challenged. The answers are delivered as a document you own and are free to take to another builder.
Some audits conclude that the right first move is not an AI system, and when that is the answer we say so. When it is not, we help leadership decide what to build, what to buy, how to govern it and which engagement fits: a fixed-scope build or an embedded team of Opsian engineers acting as your AI function.
