It is spread across operational systems, finance software, spreadsheets, booking channels and devices, each with its own definition of a customer, a unit or a sale, and much of it arrives as last night's export. Data Intelligence brings it together into one live picture.
We build pipelines that capture changes as they happen, a canonical model that gives every system the same definition of the things that matter, and a warehouse where history is kept and each metric is defined once. Events carry identifiers rather than personal details wherever possible, so analysis does not become a privacy problem.
On top sit the dashboards and reports people use to run the operation, and the forecasting and anomaly detection that show what is about to change. Every figure can be traced back to the events it came from.

- Do we need to replace our reporting tools?
- Not necessarily. We can feed the dashboards you already use from the new warehouse, or build new ones where the current tools do not fit.
- How current is the data?
- As current as each source allows. Where a system can send changes as they happen, dashboards update as they arrive. Where it only exports, the dashboard shows when the data was last refreshed.
- How is personal data handled?
- Pipelines carry identifiers rather than personal details wherever possible, access to the warehouse is controlled by role, and retention rules are applied, designed around Thailand's PDPA.
