In November 2025, RoomQuest announced a programme of full-scale AI automation across its hotel chain in Thailand. The system was developed with Opsian Technologies, whose chief executive Patrick Neba Fabs Che leads the work. National business and property media covered the announcement in the days that followed.
Outlets described the programme as covering revenue management and pricing, housekeeping and maintenance tracking, guest review analysis, back-office administration and dashboards across multiple properties. Thansettakij reported a gradual deployment from February 2026, with a full rollout by April 2026.
For Opsian, the engagement is the reference deployment for a thesis that is not specific to hotels: operational data becomes valuable only once it is structured, signed, and reachable by the systems that make decisions. A hotel chain is a dense, regulated, real-time environment, which makes it a useful place to prove a substrate intended for any operator with rooms, staff, credentials and a compliance obligation.
