Opsian's AI platform for RoomQuest enters final testing ahead of its 2026 launch

RoomQuest's plan for the second half of 2026: the AI platform Opsian is building for its hotels enters final testing ahead of launch, alongside three new hotels and a ฿1.2B hybrid portfolio on Koh Samui.

Bangkok, July 7, 2026. RoomQuest Hotels Co., Ltd. announced its business direction for the second half of 2026: raising operational efficiency through AI built with Opsian Technologies, expanding a hybrid hospitality-and-property portfolio on Koh Samui, and building growth on safety standards.

The announcement, distributed nationally through the Thai business press, lands in a demanding operating environment. Through a low season compressed by economic conditions and softened traveler confidence, RoomQuest's nationwide properties held occupancy above a market average running at roughly 40 to 50 percent. Executive Chairman Peerawat Hansirikul framed the company's response around what operators can control: operational efficiency, cutting unnecessary costs, and investing in technology that raises the standard of service.

At the center of the announcement is the AI platform Opsian Technologies is building for RoomQuest, led by Opsian CEO Patrick Neba Fabs Che. The platform is in final testing after sustained development and stability verification against live properties, ahead of official launch within 2026.

The first announced capability is auto check-in connected to Thailand's immigration system: arrival flows that are convenient for the guest and legally compliant by construction. Behind it, the platform in development spans marketing intelligence, customer-behavior analytics, and automation across business management. The company was explicit about the scope: this is not merely software or an auto check-in system, but an AI ecosystem intended to change how businesses are run, with plans to extend into multiple industries and to reveal new technology and live pilots in the coming months.

On the property side, RoomQuest is preparing for the year-end high season with three new hotel openings: Ratchada Soi 20 in Bangkok, the Tha Phae district of central Chiang Mai, and Phuket Old Town. On Koh Samui, the company is expanding investment under its premium THEVA brand with a portfolio valued at over 1.2 billion baht: THEVA Dara, seven one-bedroom pool villas on the grounds of the operating RoomQuest THEVA Resort in Nathon; THEVA Horizon, sixteen pool villas adjacent to Lipa Noi beach; and THEVA Askaya, a hybrid project pairing a five-star hotel with investment villas in Lamai. All three open for sale in Q4 2026.

The release closes on the standard RoomQuest builds against: safety before business interest. The company cited its decision to close 2499 Heritage Chinatown Bangkok after the March 28, 2025 earthquake, a high-occupancy property with a long-term lease and a repairable building, as the proof point for a no-compromise position on structural safety across every hotel and THEVA project.

For Opsian, where Patrick Neba Fabs Che leads the engagement alongside co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Isaiah Harlee, who directs the operating work behind the rollout, the announcement moves the platform from build to launch footing: the identity layer first, the operational substrate behind it. The release was picked up by 34 outlets across Thailand's business, property and investment press.
