THEVA Construction Co., Ltd. received the Smart Hospitality Innovation Award at the Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026, presented by Dot Property at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
THEVA Construction builds hospitality-grade villas on Koh Samui. Its current project, THEVA Horizon Samui, has sixteen sea-view villas and a clubhouse on the hillside above Lipa Noi. Theva Group is led by chief executive Peerawat Hansirikul, and THEVA Construction by managing director Mathias Valon.
Opsian chief executive Patrick Che serves as Chief Technology Officer of THEVA Construction, and Opsian is building the THEVA app presented at theva.construction. Theva Group and RoomQuest share a chief executive, and Opsian is the technology partner to both.
The award adds to an earlier Dot Property result for the group's Samui portfolio: at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2025, RQ Theva Pool Villas Samui, developed by Roomquest Samui Co., Ltd., won Best Resort Villa Development, Koh Samui.
The award was presented to THEVA Construction.
