On 22 September 2026, Opsian made its first site inspection at King Mongkut Chaokhun Thahan Hospital (KMCH) in Bangkok. The visit opens discussions on a hospital intelligence layer: a system that sits over the clinical, operational and financial systems a hospital already runs, so that staff, bed and patient state can be seen in one place without replacing the systems that hold them.
Every Opsian engagement starts with a walk of the operation before anything is proposed. The inspection covered how the hospital's departments work today and where information is re-keyed between systems.
Opsian's healthcare work builds on the same architecture it runs in hospitality: one record for each person, live state, decisions made inside limits somebody set, and an audit trail that can be replayed. A proposal follows the inspection.
